Relais Du Louvre

The location of this property is perfect! Many of the great sites and attractions are within walking distance and our room overlooked a beautiful cathedral. We were initially a bit worried about the church bells waking us up (our view was an old cathedral), but didn’t hear the bells unless we openend the windows and paid attention to it! The room isn’t necessarily very big, but because of the high ceilings, it feels spacious (yet cozy/romantic). The beautiful building maintains its historical significance in its interior and vibe, but has a small elevator (so you won’t have to carry luggage upstairs)! The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke fluent English (this made asking for recommendations and/or directions a lot easier). They offered bringing our luggage upstairs and we’re proactive with what our needs could be. The staff is at the desk 24/7 and very happy to help! Breakfast was served to the rooms and my partner and I loved having our breakfast in bed! There is also a table in the room, in case you prefer to sit down to eat. the room was very clean when we arrived and was cleaned very well whenever we were out during the day.

It was a beautiful room - on the top floor -perhaps the attic area. We had a gorgeous view of the Louvre through a large open window and window sill big and comfy to sit on and breathe the air in the morning. We loved our room - the kitchen/bathroom area was ideal, although toilet and shower space small, the design and set out of the room created space to move. And the bath - having a bath in the open space with the window wide open and the sun streaming through - magical.

I have been in many 4 star hotels, Le Relais du Louvre is one of the best. Central location, just next to the Louvre, with 2 Metro stations around the courner (Pont Neuf, Metro line 7, and Lourve-Rivoli, Metro line 1… both are 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel), which makes it very easy to move around the city of Paris. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and cozy. Very quiet comparing to the central location. Good price comparing to other 4 star hotels and the high standards of this hotel. It’ll be ranked high in my favorite list of places to stay in for future visits to Paris. Highly recomended!

Fantastic location in the 1st arrondissement. Only a block away from the Louvre and block away from Pont Neuf. Easy metro access for all Paris tourist places. Small boutique hotel on quiet street. Room 22 faced interior courtyard. No noise at night! Superior double room was as pictured. Nice size, comfortable bed, and bathroom full of amenities. No restaurant in hotel but several 5 minutes walking distance. We loved having breakfast tray brought to room every morning.

The staff were extremely friendly. The location was perfect and the rooms were nicely furnished. My view was gorgeous. I have no faults.
